I've been swamped with work and family in town (only got a 4.5 miler in last week), but how is everyone else doing?

Ran today and have another one scheduled for Thursday. Racing (if you can call it that) a 5K on Saturday morning.
ETA - I love to make myself a little latte with my coffee after I get back. I heat up some almond milk in the microwave and then froth it, then add it and 2T of sugar free vanilla syrup to my coffee. Delish.
1/2 marathon training is in full effect! I think I'm finally getting there....mentally.
This week: 5/tempo run/4/5.5/rest/6 (M-Sa) Pretty much the same each week with Saturdays being the long runs, increasing by a mile each week.
Favorite food: Well...I tend to indulge a bit too much since I run to eat. Some ice cream would probably be one of my faves! Ice cream sometimes happens more than once a week. A glass of wine on a Saturday night is also quite tasty. I try not to drink too much, if at all, during the week.
