B&M Tuesday (because yesturday was a holiday in Ontario)
So last night when I was trying to fall asleep, DH was on FB on his iPhone. He reads me my brother's status which says he is moving to Asia (his GF lives there) in two months. I needed my sleep so I told myself it's a joke so I could sleep. Today on my lunch break, I snuck onto FB and sure enough, my brother got a job and is moving far far away probably permenantly. In two months. Now all I want to tell him is, thanks for the warning! And I doubt my parents know/knew anything about this and they're probably shocked/mad. A little more warning than 2 months for something this big would have been nice! I mean he was must have been thinking about this for awhile and even looking for a job apparently and I had no clue this was going on... /end rant

I can't believe he would post it on Facebook before telling his family! Sometimes I think that Facebook is just ruining common sense and decency in that aspect of "sharing news".
Did you guys do anything fun for the long weekend?
I found out on facebook that my brother and sis-in-law are buying a house in Phoenix... when just months ago they told us they were wanting to move back to California... so it was like finding out, "yeah, we're staying in Phoenix long term..." Not as big of a deal as your brother moving so far away but I feel your frustration...
I'd not be happy. Hugs to ya.
Thanks! I'll get over it; it was just a shock.
I really didn't do anything special on the long weekend. Just usual Saturday stuff on Saturday, and out to dinner with DH on Monday night.
