30DS...Oh my aching body...
Anyone else?
I'm sure this is a good thing. I've also started classes with new instructors and feel like things have really been shaken up. Hopefully the push my body needs exercise way...However, I'm really feeling it.I will for sure take my usual rest day on Friday -- going to a pool party so active, but not killer!
Thanks for the boobage info. I really don't want to pay for a new bra -- its more the general weight of them that is uncomfortable. I'll try the bra + tank with shelf idea.

Re: 30DS...Oh my aching body...
Yeah, that works for me... I dunno, you my still not be able to do jumping jacks but I'm sure it will help a bit.
Your body has GOT to be tired from the Shred and an extra workout everyday... whewhie! Makes me tired just thinking about it! I admire your drive Maria!
You are inspiring!
I'm off to the gym now! Later girls!
You are doing awesome girls! Keep up the great work!
I want to jump on the 30DS bandwagon, but I think I need a few more days until I can handle it just yet...
I will completely agree with you on the soreness! I'm so glad I took yesterday off or I would not have made it through Jillian and my run today. It's a good sore though. The kind of soreness that reminds you how well you are doing.
About the jumping jacks/boob thing... I've always had a similar problem with the girls bouncing and causing pain. Especially while running. Two solutions I have found are to buy stretchy sports bras one band size smaller than you would normally wear and wear two. One in the smaller size and one in your regular size over it. The other solution is a really good quality sports bra... like this.
Good sports bras are on the pricey side, but completely worth it. Buying one specifically made for high impact exercise will make a huge difference.

Holy cow! Good work on the lost inches... I can definitely see why spending the money on a bra right now would be a bad plan.
The I definitely suggest the two sports bra plan. You can get the cheap walmart kind and they work great.

My body was pretty sore last night and today too. I still did 4 days in a row and I'm proud of that. Tomorrow is my rest day too.
Maria, for now why don't you do a different cardio while she does the jumping jacks. Even kinda running around your house but maybe pull your knees up higher so that you don't have to run run and you'll still keep your heart rate up. Look at the other weeks of exercise and see what they do for cardio and see if you like that better.
The jumping jacks actually hurt my neck on some days so I'd either run in place or do the squat/punching set. She main goal is to get your heart rate going. :-)
