Because my daughter is REALLY a good little girl. But today she is evil. My happy time was the 2 mile walk I went on this AM because I was too sore from barre and too tired to work out at the gym this morning
But when we got home from the work, it all started. She had to burp, and that cry is the most painful cry I have ever heard. Ok finally she burped, and then was crying more. So I gave her the bottle. No. No bottle. So I changed her, and ok, fine, done. Then more cry. Gave her bottle. Success. Until she cried like she had to burp again. Repeat. change. feed. burp. burp. burp. burp.
Well I had plans to meet MH for lunch at his work. Nope. Ava had other plans. Her napping? ONLY wants to do it on me. I was able to put her in her crib for 5 min while I showered, and another 5 so I could unload the dishwasher, but anything beyond that she started freaking the f out.
I realllly wanted to get out today. And all I've eaten is a banana and a half a cup of coffee and my head is killing.

Re: I know I shouldn't complain
Is it literally growing pains? I thought she was just being a PIA. But if it's for a reason beyond just being nasty, it's more acceptable to me (says ms. i-gotta-have-some-sort-of-structure-and-control in my life)
((hugs)) This too shall pass... though it's a b!tch before it does.
And please go eat something! (Says the BFing mom who's only had a yogurt since being up at 6am. Guess, I should take my own advice.)
Yup - JJ was the same way. That was rough. Then, it got better until teething [which he sailed through with flying colors, surprisingly].
And like Pam said - please. Eat something.
this too shall pass, this too shall pass... this too shall pass.
6 weeks is stupid!!
But it's good to hear you guys went through this!
Exactly!! haha! Sometimes, you just gotta take it minute by minute, hour by hour! Those days suuuuuck! But, they always end!
And yes, please try to go eat something
Jealous! Margot has had a pretty bad time teething up until yesterday when the darn thing finally popped through! Whew!
JJ pretty much sprouted two teeth at a time until they all came in, and I never really knew they were coming in until they showed up. In that aspect, I got lucky - Tylenol helped him a lot, too. I can't believe Margot is teething already...time's flying!
