Do it. It is the best money I've ever spent.
Ever since I had 2 kids I've had a terrible time keeping up with things and it seems like I would start something then get called away. (example: clean toilet and then someone would cry, etc... then couldn't get to the other stuff) She helped me so much that I can manage things until she gets here next week. I've felt so hopeless trying to find time to get the 4 toilets cleaned in my house and now I feel like I can stay on top of things with a little help.
I really resisted and felt like a failure saying I need help with things. If I would have known I could have sat in a clean house and have 100 less things to worry about then I would have done it sooner.

The minute we have room in the budget for a cleaning service, I'm getting one.
It's about all I can do to keep all the crap picked up and the floors vacuumed and swept. Forget about dusting, cleaning toilets, scrubbing nooks and crannies and washing windows. I'm home all day and I have no problem admitting I suck at keeping up with housework. H and I would both be happier people if we could pay someone else to do all that crap.
You can hire someone to do that! We actually do a full clean once a month and a partial clean once a month (which equals out to them coming bi-weekly). With the partial clean they just do the bathrooms and kitchen, and they always do the dishes that are in the sink.
