I've got four chicken breasts thawed - what should I make for dinner?
I'm stumped. I also have no car right now, so I've got to make do with what's in the house.
Any fun marinade recipes you can suggest? I wouldn't mind some yummy grilled chicken. Maybe a simple BBQ chicken recipe.
I can resort to the jar of butter chicken sauce, but that seems like a cop out since that's a yummy super-fast dinner, and I'm home today so i really should make something with more effort.

What type of ingredients do you have on hand?
My go too meal: fresh garlic, chopped onions, cherry tomatoes halved, with a butter/garlic linguine sauce topped with cilantro, and fresh fruit and a salad on the side.
I bet you have everything for Black Pepper and Molasses Pulled Chicken.Really tasty, easy, and it's Cooking Light! (I do usually double the sauce though.)
You could also do salsa chicken - chicken in a casserole dish, dump a jar of salsa on top, bake for 20 minutes, then add shredded cheese and cook some more (until chicken is done). Serve on tortillas, rice, whatever.

I highly recommend this one. So yummy, I could eat it all the time.
I also really enjoy the Soyaki marinade from Trader Joe's.
Stand up for something you believe in.
