This morning, I took a package of chicken sausages out of the freezer to use for dinner tonight. They are spinach, fontina and roasted garlic (so yummy!). Here are my current options:
1. Cook em up, throw em into pasta with tomato sauce, a la Jax.
2. Serve them on buns like hot dogs, with oven fries (if I have them, I will make sweet potato fries).
Both options are about equal as far as level of difficulty, and cooking time. I should mention that I'm running 5 or 6 miles tonight, so quick and easy is the key for dinner.
What do you think?

With the amounts you've been running; I am leaning towards pasta. Plus you did a shout out to me in that option. :-)
I do love me some oven fries though.
I agree with the whole pasta/running thing Jax mentioned. I'd go for the pasta.
Oven fries sound so good right now though.
DH voted for #2, so that's what we're doing.
And Kristin, I'm obsessed with sweet potato fries too! Alexia makes some good frozen ones.
Yes, they do!! Those are my go to when I don't feel like making them. I make the a lot though.... so good (and pretty quick)!!!
