First baby gifts have arrived!
I just got two separate package deliveries for gifts I registered for for my baby shower. The first is a food processor and the second is a high chair! This is exciting. It does seem a little odd to start getting these things so early because normally a shower is a lot later, but my mom is having a shower for me when I go home in a few weeks. Very exciting! I haven't bought anything myself yet, so these truly are the first things we have received for the baby.

Back in the USA...for now...
Yay, how fun!
We have gotten a few things, some outfits from friends and a TON of hand-me-down things from DH's cousins. We also haven't bought anything ourselves for the baby other than a bookshelf thingy and a dresser from Ikea and I already feel like we're all set!
Also, I don't think it's that early really. It's nice you'll be able to organize as you get things and hopefully you'll know what's missing in advance.
My Israel Blog!
Yay for tiny human things! Everything is cuter when it's in miniature version. (Well except for Dutch-sized drinks when you go to a restaurant but that doesn't really apply here.)
It's amazing how much stuff you can accumulate over such a short period of time with a baby. We're getting rid of things from baby C's first 6 months of life now, and we have literally 2 gigantic tubs full of clothing. Ridiculousness but it was so much fun!
