If anybody is interested, I'd just like to offer up a thumbs up for Moulin de Paris. It's the Annapolis Living Social deal of the day -

(that's not the "I get it for free" link. It's just a regular link. I haven't bought it because whenever we go there my IL's pay)
It's in Pasadena, right near where Route 100 ends at Mountain Road, and it's very good. The space doesn't quite fit the vibe they're going for, typical shopping center space, not typical shopping center restaurant - but the food is great and the owners are really really friendly. And they're making an effort with the decor - it's just not quite there. It's one of my favorite places to eat whenever we're meeting my IL's who live over toward there.

It's not cheap per say, but I think the prices are in line with the food.
Re: Living Social Deal (AA County) - Moulin de Paris
Do you know if this place used to be in Severna Park?
I swear we went here for Mother's Day dinner 2 years ago and it was excellent, but I thought it was in SP, not the 'Dena.

no, we've only ever gone for dinner. Although now that I"ve noticed that they do afternoon tea, I totally want to go.
I think MIL has been there for tea though now that i think of it...she might have taken her mom? I don't remember what she thought of it though.
