I'm thankful for having the time, energy and money to make a few Christmas presents. I'm quilting a few different things for my family to give to them. So far I started making place mats for my mom. They are so colorful and match her dining room. I've gotten 3 done - it's my first time making place mats, and I think they look good. 3 more to go. Next will be a wall hanging for my sisters salon. I just ordered 2 fabrics online for that.

I am thankful that while I now know my grandmother has very little time left, at least we know, so Felix will get a chance to meet her.

I'm thankful that I have a job. A good job. Although right now I am having a really hard time convincing myself that flipping burgers would not be better.

I am so thankful that I don't have to tutor at SU today. While I like the extra money, I am excited to go home and swim.

I am thankful that I am going to get a pedicure today. I prepaid, so being that I have no clue about my job situation come Spetember .. at least I can enjoy this treat!

I'm thankful that I hit a pothole and thought my whole undercarriage was shot, but it was easily fixed and we escaped the mechanic for $75. I'll take it!

I'm also thankful that I got to go to Alive at 5 today with a long time friend. We got to see Ed. K from LIVE. I love him!
