But there is a chance that my youngest brother could be apart of the new cast for the Jersey Shore.
Back-story:
My bro and his friends went down to AC for a mini-vacation. While there, they decided that they wanted to see what Seaside Heights was all about. They had no clue that the cast was actually in the area. When they got there, they walked past the house and saw all the lights on and some cops outside doing crowd control. They asked the cops what was going on and were told that they were filming the season finale. They (bro & friends) decided to go to Karma to see what it was like in real life. When they got there, they were ushered upstairs by some people that work for the show b/c "that was where the cast was going to be." So, they thought, ok cool, we can see the cast. Not too long after the cast got there and they began filming, one of the producers pulled my brother aside and told him that they wanted him in a shot and to "go behind Pauly and dance." So, he did. When they turned off the cameras, the producer pulled him aside to have him sign the general waiver but also took a picture of him as a headshot and had him fill out a form with his contact info. They told him that they are filming the last episode with that cast, as the following day was going to be their last there, and they were looking for the new crew. Honestly, I don't know what to think ! Although it would be cool, that show is SUCH a train wreck !!! So, even if he doesn't get casted he will most likely at least be in the finale show.
Re: Not sure how I feel about this....
Dude... despite the trainwreck, do you have any idea how much money the current cast is making with their appearances n' sh!t???
I say good for your brother! *fist pumps*
ETA:. ... that is to say, IF he gets on the new season. If they're sticking with the 7-8 people in the house, something tells me he's not the only one vying to be a part of the new cast.

Agreed. I just find it funny that he didn't expect the cast to even be there and next thing he knew, they were having him in a shot and getting his info. When I asked him about the headshot, he said "I must have looked like a complete drunken idiot in it because of how much we were drinking." *lol*
