I'm going to start putting hotel ideas together and see what we can get for pricing. I know a few people.

2012 Reading Challenge
I'll be there and might need a room Saturday night. We (or I) may end up making a long weekend out of it and staying Saturday night depending on the festivities planned. If it's just me, I'm up for having a roomie (Morgan- that means you HAVE to come!)
If we have events on more than one day, I'd come myself one day and have DH come up with M the other (Sunday??).

I will be around - likely won't need a room as I am so local, and I don't want to commit because I could possibly have a baby by then!
I am really excited! I don't think anyone will need rental cars - if you all stay IN Boston, you can take the T anywhere.

I would LOVE to go and hopefully will be able to. I have to check calendars to see if grandma can watch Dylan that weekend but I am not sure if they will be in Canada or not. Plus I may ask my sister to go with me just so I have someone along for the ride.
I looked up those dates for my employee rate, but there isn't anything available. Crap! Maybe if we can choose a hotel one of us can call and ask for a special rate if we book so many rooms?

With my cousin getting married in December I now have zero vacation time left and with K not paying CS for the last 5 months my savings has taken a serious hit. I really wish I could be there!!

That's the weekend of the biggest college football game in Michigan (MSU vs UM) and it's our homecoming! Amanda - tailgate??? Think about it! A and I are staying at I think the Radisson in downtown Lansing the night before.

I would love to however, we will be adjusting to homeownership as our first mortgage payment is due Oct. 1!!! Plus, I will be coming back from San Diego on a work related trip on the 13th. And who knows, I may be KU too!
Maybe the next GTG can be CA? I can show you the sights of SF/Norcal area and we can pick a time when the weather is decent! We can plan that for 2012 or 2013 some time.
Take lots of pictures for me though!!!
Um, I LOVE this idea! The only time i've been to CA is for a layover at LAX coming home from Hawaii.

Mine will most likely have to be a game day decision (literally - we have tickets to a possible playoff game for either that F or Sun).
If I do come, I will need to share a room or I won't be able to afford it. I don't mind crashing on a cot or something though.
