So we have some salmon, but no idea how to cook it!

This is on my list of things to try soon...
From this post on the Pioneer Woman's blog:
"And here?s how she cooked it: put it in a cold oven, then turned on the heat to 400 degrees. Twenty-five minutes later, the salmon was absolutely perfect. Tender, moist, flaky. A no-fail method!"
It was seasoned with olive oil and salt & pepper.
We're having chili-maple salmon tonight - rub the filet with a little chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a dash of cumin and cinnamon; grill until almost opaque in the center, drizzle with maple syrup and then remove from heat.
This is the only way I've personally done it. We don't cook fish often, and DH only marginally likes salmon.
Pink Parsley blog has a blueberry sauce for salmon recently that made me drool.
