We are in full house hunting mode and Glenside is still the front runner for location. So...if you happen to see any awesome houses pop up in your hood, let me know! We'd definitely prefer the Abington side b/c of taxes, but we're looking everywhere.

I know, several of the ones on our list have disappeared. Sigh.
So....I'm assuming BIL being your neighbor is not great news?
Let me be clear...BIL is marrying my childhood in friend in one month from today. We love them and hang out with them all the time. However, DH and I just like to have our space away from family. So its a bit strange that they'll be a few houses away. But whatevs..life goes on. Not the worst thing to happen...just weird.
Remind me what you're looking for. Fixer upper? Obviously something you can live in while doing work if so? Of the 4, one had a "sale pending" on it. That sign is gone now but I can't find it on everyhome.

Not looking for a major fixer upper, but we're okay with doing cosmetic work. Looking for 3-4 bedrooms, 2 full baths.
