Any ideas for food tracking? My doctor wants me to track what I eat and at what time and how I feel within a few hours of eating said food so time is important in this process. I don't have an iPhone so I can't track on that and my planner is little, and I really don't want to have to carry an extra note book all the time.
If you food track what do you use to do so? TIA!

Re: Food Tracking?
Hey use Weight Watchers online but there is a fee of $16.00 to join. There is also myplate.com or something like that.
Yes! SparkPeople! Hands down the best food tracker on the web.
sparkpeople.about.com
I used it for a while and really liked it.
I love my "LoseIt" app on my iPhone. You enter your weight, what you exercise, what you eat, and then it tells you how many calories you have left, etc.
I like it because it has a great selection of the foods I normally eat. I usually double check w the Nutrition Info to make sure the calorie count is as close as possible- that might help, but it might be a little specific for your needs! If you're going to keep your own food journal, I suggest writing down the time that you eat as well. I had to do this when I was on a horrible antibiotic that made my stomach want to die:( writing down WHEN I ate (then I'd put a smiley face or sad face depending on how my stomach reacted) and when I took the meds, that helped me keep track of everything.
I changed my name
This is what I'm doing currently. Thank for the suggestions everyone, I'll look into them. At this point its not about calorie or portions, I'm being tested for Celiacs(sp?) and they think I definitely have IBS so food tracking is a way to see what triggers my symptoms. But I'll definitely look into the suggestions! Thanks so much!
