As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Carrann, re: enchilada recipe
I made these last weekend and they were sooooo good. I added some chicken too, b/c FI isn't the huge cheese lover I am and needed some meat in his. I just did the chicken fajita style and tossed the pieces into the layers.

And they're very good re-heated too, which I wasn't sure of. I finished them off while watching football yesterday
Yeah, it wasn't good.I was so tired too, and covered myself up with a blanket during halftime to "rest my eyes 'til the 2nd half" and didn't wake up 'til after 4. Atleast it wasn't a blow out, but FI said they're probably out of the playoff race now, which sucks.
And I just checked the weather for next week. 43 for a high and freaking rainy on Monday. And the game isn't 'til 8. The low is 35, so it will be more like 35 and rainy for the damn game. Ugh, I know we risked it w/ it being November and all, but that does not make me happy.
