Fast food...blech! We are driving upstate tonight for a long weekend at the lake and leaving right at G's bedtime. We cleaned out the fridge this morning so, we'll be making a quick stop for "road food".
I did just post a great one-pan recipe on my blog this morning though, if anyone is looking for an idea.

Jen I made this recipe last week and it was a HUGE hit!
Tonight I'll probably make spaghetti, but who knows it's gonna depend on how I'm feeling at the end of the day. DH Is working late so...nothing fancy.

probably cheese tortellini with jarred sauce and i want to bread and bake zucchini or grill zucchini and eggplant to go with it.
i think i might make plain pasta for Sam to try too.
i'm really craving burgers or grilled chicken - looking to pick up some meat to grill this weekend!
