8-4 Big Brother (spoilers)
I had a bit of a letdown when Rachel didn't follow Brendon out the door.
I was crushed, I mean "Jedi Janie getting third place times years in a row" crushed when Kalia won. I hate that cow (sorry), and I feel like it's shady as hell that she got the answer before the question was even read. I think they're setting it up for Dani to win.
I'm really pissed because with Dani, Kalia, and probably Dom next week, they'll be unstoppable, and Jeff, Jordan, and Shelly will be out. Yuck.
Gosh, what were the chances? 8 to 1.

Of course Kalia won. I agree that it was shady that she had the answers before the questions were totally asked (or at least asked enough that you could figure the rest out).

Rachel drove me crazy tonight! Crazier than ever. Wow. I wouldn't want my man to leave either but come on...
As for that question, I answered it at home at the same time as she did. Dominic was the only one to refer to all of the HGs as ANYTHING... so that was really easy. (spineless jellyfish)
I can see Cassi being voted back over Dom because so many viewers hate Dani and don't want to help her out. Cassi was clearly voted out due to typical, petty girl crap and I hope some women that want to pay a buck to text vote for her because of that. lol

I'm hoping that Cassi is the one who makes it back into the house. Her and Shelly were my favorites from day 1.
As for Kalia getting the answers so fast, I think some people pay attention to those kind of things more so than others. So, it doesn't surprise me, or really bug me, that she won.
I'm assuming Rachel and Porche are on the block next week. That's my guess, anyway. I can't really see her putting up anyone else. It would surprise me to see her put Jeff and Jordan up...
No, I see Dani putting a bug in her ear to get Jeff out. That way Dani has another pair broken up and no blood on her hands. This is really Dani's second chance at an HOH.
It is going to stink majorly if Dominic comes back because they basically control enough votes that you can't get them out. I feel like Porsche's one second away from abandoning the sinking ship Rachel and becoming Dani's lapdog.
I want Cassi back. I don't text, but I definitely will go to the website to vote.
Am I wrong, or did Kalia answer the first question correctly before anything was even said? Not the one with Dom and all houseguests, but I believe the one before that?
Yeah, I think the "floater" hate is overblown. The best game is the game that gets you to final 2, regardless of how you do it. The social game is the most important in the long run. Lawon has pretty good positioning.
See, the problem is that even though Dani's so unpopular, as there are fewer houseguests you need fewer votes to stay. Once Dani has Dom and Kalia in her pocket, and maybe Porsche, she's golden no matter what. Yuck.
Think about it- the newbies WANT to play. They've been royally sidelined due to the set up of the show this year. Kalia & Adam are big time Big Brother fans, and they know you have to study the little things. Plus, Kalia was hungry for a win. I wasn't at all surprised that she won tonight.
I really, really, really hope that America does not vote Brendon back in the house. It would do nothing but make everyone hate those two even more. Let's see what Rachel can do on her own. Also, by bringing back a newbie, you sort of level the field.
Yes, she knew the answer because he was the only houseguest to call other houseguests something - so it was a given no matter what that houseguest said.
I hope she puts up Rachel and Porsche. If one comes off, I would put up Jeff (just because he's the strongest competitor) or - get Shelly out. She's trouble and is very sneaky.
I also want Cassie back in the game - but don't want her to team up with Shelly.
I just hate that we have to watch Rachel pout all week again. Did you see her sticking her lip out and crying as soon as she didn't win HOH? I hope Dani talks Kalia into sending her out the door. It is best for her sanity and ours.
If she does send out a veteran though, they will probably win over whoever America votes back in the house (fingers crossed for Cassi). Rachel or Jeff could beat any of the newbies that have already left.
I really don't think America would vote Brenden back in. This week should be interesting!

I think Kahlia will put up Rachel and Portia and then backdoor Jeff and Jordan. I think Danielle will actually be running the show this week, and she thinks she still kind of has J&J on her side.
I'm glad a newbie finally won a challenge though!!! Did you see Jeff and Portia kind of have a moment after the competition where she apologized for putting him and Shelly up against each other?
Porsche is an idiot. If I were Jeff, Jordan or Rachel I would be so mad at her for this stupid move. She could have added two extra chances to get Kallia out but instead chose Jeff & Shelly because "they hadn't gone yet."
I hope Kallia puts her up but I think it's going to be Jeff and Rachel.
I like that Kahlia won and I really don't dislike her. I hope she gets rid of Rachel. Rachel may give up anyway now that Brendon's gone. I really hope they don't bring him back, he is a really icky person.
This is the first season I feel indifferent to the cast and haven't followed their actions on Mortys TV during the day.
I would argue that they have only been non-royally sidelined due to their own ineptitude and the fact that they were freaking floaters. Seriously, Adam didn't even play to win last night, and it wasn't clear to me until today reading the feeds that Lawon's on Dani and Kalia's side... supposedly.
They had the same chance as anybody to win some games and put out some veterans. Actually, they had more of a chance because it was 8-6 newbie advantage.
That move from Porsche was very bad and VERY noticeable. The second she did it, I told DH that I couldn't believe that she did that. The goal was to get Kalia out immediately. Porsche's immediately going over to the Dani side and throwing Rachel, Jeff, and Jordan under the bus. Wouldn't surprise me if Jeff left, so I am hoping he wins and comes back in the house, even if it's against Cassi.
ETA: I don't know how anybody can like Kalia, esp. from the feed summaries. All she does is yap the whole day and eat, when she's not singing or making disgusting comments about peeing in the hot tub.
Ditto. I don't think CBS really thought this season through. I hope they have something better than bringing someone back up their sleeves....it's just so predictable!
I really did not want Kalia to win. The only good thing would be if she got Rachel out.
Is the evicted houseguest going to jury yet?
Cassi will definitely be who America votes for to return to the house. Think about it. America hates Rachel. Rachel hated Cassi because Cassi is prettier than Rachel. Ergo, America will want to stick it to Rachel.
REMEMBER, just because Cassi gets America's vote, doesn't mean she's automatically guaranteed back in the house. She has to compete against whoever gets voted out next week, which will most likely be Rachel!
I don't mind that Kalia won HOH. It mixes things up. I just pray to the BB gods that they backdoor Rachel instead of nominating her in the first place, so she's not guaranteed to play for veto.
The houseguests are under the impression that the jury's going to be nine people, so yes, this week's houseguest will be going to jury unless s/he wins the right to come back in the house.
I never heard that it was definitely 9 jury members.
I really hope Cassi is voted to get the chance to come back in. She was unfairly targeted by jealous Rachel.
Also, Rachel answered a question before it was read fully but ended up getting it wrong. They really want to be the first to buzz in, that they take a chance and do it before the question is read fully. I think Kalia heard enough of the question to be able to get it right or she just got lucky, whereas Rachel tried the same thing but got it wrong.
I totally agree. Last year I even got the feeds because I was so invested. This year I am not rooting for a certain person.
