One of my former students was murdered :(
It's in the news but I was called by my principal too. His mother murdered him and committed suicide. Last year one of my students died from a brain aneurysm in the fall. I feel like the start of school is always tragic.

I didn't teach that long, but I too have lost several of my former students, mostly to car crashes - nothing like this.

I saw that on the news last night (and like belize, immediately googled...). I actually thought of you, b/c I thought that might be the case, given the location.
Man, how sad. Apparently she thought he would be bullied or something, because he was fat? ugh. BSC.

I heard this story 1st thing this morning on WTOP
it's never good news when news is on anymore
So tragic and senseless. Praying for all of his family and friends affected by this.
