The answer is J! Thanks for playing along with me.
As for Q, it was used for a symbol for a higher element before an official name was given to the element. The symbol was Unq, which was later changed so depending on the table you look at, it may or may not be there (if it's an older vs. newer table).
As for V, that's the symbol for Vanadium.
