Whoop! Amazing news!

We are entitled to home leave this year, but per HR policy, we are not allowed to take it until we've been here three months. My sister is getting married in October, which is just before the three month wait is up. In November we are going to Vietnam for a week and a half and in December we are going to RSA and Namibia for Christmas an New years, so the weddin in October is the only time we have to go back to the US. wWe didn't think H's company would pay for the flights because of the 3 month policy but we went to dinner tonight with H's boss who said the policy is bullocks, book the tickets and he will approve them! So now we get our home leave after all. The best bit is that we now have an extra several thousand in the travel budget that was set aside for these tickets to the US and now I get to plan another trip somewhere or a few long weekends away! (Which means that I get to go to PP anmenace a gtg with Leo!) We were not expecting this at all but it is so great to hear.
