But DH is not too keen on the idea of spending over $300 for our secondary car seat (we already have one, and want another for DH's car etc).

That is all. We are in "throwing things away" mode. Not much in my house is safe. Since we will have to live with my father between houses, DH actually wants to sell all of our furniture and buy new when we get to the new house. I want to keep our furniture. But we are still doing some major clearing out.
Wait, did I miss something? I know you were interested in building something along the lines of that place your dad was working on, but you haven't sold yet right? Are you just talking hypothetically?

yea the opal is kinda lame :P hehe I have a BEAUTIFUL peridot ring from DH but i want it reset (its this beautiful dark peridot stone set in silver with cz's) we'll see :P I'm really a sapphire addict and want him to reset the peridot with two sapphires on either side....not sure if that will ever happen but its my dream
