As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Happy hour in Rockville/Gaithersburg?
Howdy!
I'm arranging a happy hour with some classmates this afternoon. I originally thought Gordon Biersch in Rockville Town Center would work, but I'm worried about the hassle of garage parking and crowded-ness. I'm not too concerned about having the "best" happy hour prices, but just want things to be easy for folks!
Any ideas? There will be about 6-10 of us.

Againn? Right on the Pike with a parking lot. Have no idea on their specials though, just that they have good beers.
And this is really weird - just this morning I was wondering where you've been!
I thought I heard Againn closed.
I think Gordon Biersch would be fine, or I think there's an Austin Grill over there? La Tasca might be nice too, there's a sofa seating area that would be nice for a group.
I know nothing about Gaithersburg.

(Waves "hi!") I've mostly been lurking...by the time I get home from class, my brain is too fried to make any Nest contributions.
I think SSW is right that Againn closed. Matchbox could work...even though they don't appear to have a happy hour yet, their convenience might outweigh happy hour prices.
There's also a MiRancho right across the street from Matchbox, if you want margaritas.
There's Cava (but that's not on Rockville pike... and will probably be really crowded since it's Friday night...)
