i just went to lunch with someone that kind of grosses me out (like the way she eats) but went because i didn't want to eat by myself
Re: FFF
noelle- your post made me chuckle
i bought a silver chain necklace with a robot charm at the end. i think it's fun. but today i am wearing it with a ruffly dress and i think i might look too quirky. but quirky is fun, right?
Adventures of A Girl and Her Apron
I'm pretty sure that is exactly how the woman sitting next to me at Starbucks feels right now as I literally stuff my face with a giant salad. Oh well.
I love having a convertible but OMG it is freaking hot. The air conditioning in a convertible is just not the same as a regular car. I am sweaty and gross and didn't even drive very far. ugh
I really want to travel. I feel that everyone I know has been going all over lately and I feel lame for staying home.
besides the occasional margarita I make at home, my DH will only cut loose and really drink when we're on vacation! He's so weird like that.
My FFF, we're still trying to pay off consumer debts and its always flukking something, EVERY month where what we expect to have leftover is obliterated by little extras. My eye doc sent me a bill for another $83 - apparently my eye coverage sucks. My DH has an add'l life ins policy that is $35/quarter. We pay the renter's insurance on 6 mo terms. Its due for Aug.
FIL wants us to start paying for his BB $60/month so he can text msg non-stop.
Its just ALWAYS something and its really starting to piss me off!
Call me Kat =^..^=
I know how you feel, Kat. It's always something with us too. We've had to dip into our E-fund so many times that now we're back in E-fund building mode. Just in the past few months we've had to pay $350 to fix the A/C, $700+ to fix the leak in the siding that was letting water inside our house, $600 for new tires (thanks to a nail in a tire and 60k miles, BTW Town Center Nissan sucks as they said that tire that was losing pressure was fine), some medical bills that insurance won't cover, and a bunch of other crap. Oh, and of course as soon as I decide to spend money on a home project, something else happens. The A/C went out while we were painting the DR and the tire leak happened after we bought a new chandelier for the same DR. Maybe the DR is cursed. Crap, I just got the curtains!
Then there's the cap for my tooth that'll run another $500, after insurance. At least it hasn't bothered me in a while. I know it's wrong, but I'm waiting until I start to feel it again before I make that appt. I guess that's sort of my FFF. I'm ignoring dental work because I don't want to pay for it yet.
I am sorry you guys (:
yes!!! i love wearing a super girly outfit, and my gold t-rex necklace.
