Sounds like Pam will be drinking in the near future
Tonight - Clean the house, cook dinner, finish the laundry I started yesterday.
Tomorrow: DH's days off changed, so it kind of sucks now that we only get each other on Sundays
If the weathers nice i'll probably hit up a pool and read.
Sunday: Not sure, hopefully just relax and hang out.
I do need a get some groceries at some point... maybe we'll head to Wegmans on Sunday...
Re: TGIF! Weekend plans?
tonight: heading out to the VA 'burbs for a sleepover with my bff & my niece. i'm sure that "the look" a five year-old gives me will be entertaining.
tomorrow: swimming lessons and hanging out with my niece then bff & i are heading back into the city for a girls-only sleepover at my place. one that will involve thai, slushy sangria, and my bff's last vanilla clove cigarette. can't wait!!
sunday: probably brunch at bar pilar before bff heads back to VA. grocery shopping, laundry, and i may go see crazy, stupid love. DH doesn't get back until monday so i may have cereal for dinner.
Baby248 - ETA 1/10/13
Tonight: ctching up on tv shows that have been DVR'd
Tomorrow: SLEEPING IN and then I have to return some fitness clothes to Sports Authority, hit up kohls, the mall basically it's tax free weekend so time to shop!
Sunday: laundry and getting ready for the week.
I've been in bed lately at 10 since I get up at 4 eveyday (boot camp) so as much sleep as I can get the better!!
Tonight: DH is going out with some friends. My brother and his girlfriend are coming over, picking DS up from daycare with me, then we'll hang out and have dinner after DS goes to bed.
Tomorrow: playground/errands in the morning, then my friend is coming over in the afternoon and we're going to bake this cake. Tomorrow night we're taking the cake up to my friend's house in Baltimore where we're going to make grilled pizzas and have some bubbly and cake. Yum!
Sunday: I think my mom is coming over in the afternoon to see DS - she gets a little antsy if she goes without seeing him for too long. We might meet up for lunch or maybe go to the zoo.

baby blog/cooking blog

SSW - you called it.
The conf call at 6pm, wine glass in hand. Or Frirefly, not sure yet. (really, my first world problems this week are so .. first world!)
If I can muster any enthusiasm, we may go to Friday Night Live in Herndon, but John's been too tired lately, and it's been so hot... meh.
Tomorrow -- we're heading to his dad's pool. We haven't been in a while bc Dad blew up a few weeks ago (after a few cocktails) and John's been trying to deal with it ever since. Dad is almost 87, and likes his scotch, and is losing his memory, and called a friend of ours a shitehead (not to her face, at least). So we can't invite anyone else to join us for fear he will go batshitecrazy on them, too. Oy. It makes me sad bc this is the friend with the two little girls who live to swim with me can call the pool Aunt Pam's Beach and ugh. it just makes me sad.
Sunday - Alison Kraus at Wolf Trap. Very much looking forward to a picnic with my husband under the stars, with the voice of an angel singing to me. (our first dance was to her version of the Beatles' I Will.)
Sunday night - dread Monday morning.
"What is a week-end?"
Earlier this week DH couldn't believe I didn't have any plans for us this weekend...but somehow plans crept in, but still a nice slow weekend at home.
Tonight: Target to get stuff for a kid we are sponsoring for the school year, and maybe a little shopping for myself.
Tomorrow: Resisting the urge to not go to the outlets with a coworker, instead shopping around here maybe. Have to hit a running trail to recruit people for my 1/2 marathon program and make calls for that, but then out for dinner and drinks for a friend's going away thing.
Sunday: Church, stuff around the house, seeing a friend at their BBQ as they have been on the road for 6 months.
No plans tonight or Sunday
Tomorrow we have a family dinner to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday!!!
I'm making a German Choc cake right now. It smells awesome in my house
Tonight: Grocery shopping and Chipotle. Vacuuming and brushing the dog's teeth if we get ambitious.
Tomorrow: Getting the tire pressure sensor on the new car replaced (hurray for warranties!) and shopping for new basketball shoes for H (this is not fun, he wants to try them on and he's a size 15.5)
Sunday: Quilting! Finish the metro map quilt top and iron and cut angles for the houndstooth baby quilt.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Tonight: Yoga, a quick grocery shop run and the couch time with wine!
Tomorrow: Hanging out with the boys and then shipping C off to Grandpa's for date night for DH's birthday dinner. He is dead set on a Japanese steak house. Hopefully we'll have energy for a bar or a movie afterwards.
Sunday: Special birthday eggs benedict for DH (super special because we don't make it ordinarily because C has an egg allergy). Then, picking up C and hopefully hitting the Howard County Fair. It's far out, but it's our favorite and should be a blast for C.
Tonight - beer! And some DVRed tv.
Tomorrow - I get baby duty while DH bottles a beer. Hopefully some quilting time while LO naps. I have to return some things to the mall, so LO and I might go out.
Sunday - not sure yet.
My life is really not exciting.
Tonight - drinks at Iron Horse before dinner with friends at Graffiato
Tomorrow - lunch with my mom and sis when they come over to drop our dog back off (they watched her while we were on vacation) and then BBQ at our friends' house later in the afternoon
Sunday - no plans. Hoping to catch up on DVR and reading before our friend from Phoenix arrives to stay with us for Sunday and Monday nights.
Tonight- Pasta for dinner+wine= happiness. I might give myself a little pedicure too. Oh yea, and hang out with DH since he'll be home, lol.
Tom.- No real plans... thought about finding something fun to do, but it looks like it may be rainy. We'll probably just stay in and maybe purge a bit ahead of our move in a couple of months.
Sunday- Church, grocery shopping, getting ready for the week ahead.
Planning Bio
Today I just got hummus made. Next is scones, then dinner, fish with an avocado, corn, tomato, black bean salsa thing. After dinner at home we'll head out to our town's First Friday. We hit up all the free wine tastings then probably go out for a beer.
Tomorrow DH has to go into work. I will make some fresh ricotta with the milk I got delivered today and maybe some other baked goodies. I will keep working on the blanket I am crocheting and watching stuff on Netflix. We will go to the outlets by us for a return and some shopping.
Sunday we will go to brunch then go to the mall for a bit to use up some coupons.
Nothing terribly exciting but it will be nice to relax since next weekend the in laws will be in town.
My Food Blog
We are keeping our friend's 5-year-old for the weekend. This afternoon after I pick her up, we are going to make pesto and cookies (she loves to cook).
The rest of the weekend really just revolves around hanging out with her. I have another cooking project planned for tomorrow (enchiladas), and we're getting Megamind for her from Netflix.
Tonight Herndon's Friday Night Live ... hopefully Pam's hubby will rally and they'll come too, so that I'll have Pam as a dancing partner.

Tomorrow we'll finally put the laundry room back together (we painted it last weekend, ugh) and tomorrow night Otto's coworker is having a wine and cheese party, and we are all about the free activities now. Hopefully we'll find some cool people to talk to.
Sunday more house stuff and then babysitting my niece and nephew at night.
I'm also psyched I've fleshed out a new theme for the year (the year starting the day I left my job) and will be breaking it down into different areas of focus, gathering inspiration to put up on my vision boards, etc. I do so much better at moving forward when I stop being vague about my goals.
Tonight: Relaxing and staying in
Tomorrow: 13-mile run and then maybe going to the mall with the babies. Tomorrow night, watching Mad Men and eating pizza, most likely.
Sunday: Out to breakfast with babies and then maybe to one of the local water parks or other parks with a Carousel
Last night - attended a concert for a camp that my friend led and DH was involved in
Today - being totally lazy until hitting the 9:30 Club tonight for DJ Lil'e!! Lady Gaga vs Madonna vs Britney
Sunday: Flute performance at Laporta's in Alexandria...come on out if you're in the area.
6:30 PM
