Intro and Furniture HELP!
Hi everyone, hope you're all having a good Friday. I have been around the Nest for awhile in Los Angeles, but now living in SF (in the city). Can't wait to kill some work time here with you all!
Anyways, as I said, I am living with my spouse in the city and am having a heck of a time finding furniture! I guess I am just not familiar with A) city shopping and
where all the suburbs are yet.
Any advice? Looking for a complete bedroom set under $2k. Not Ikea but certainly not Pottery Barn prices either. Ideas? I have a car and am willing to drive anywhere.
Thanks Everyone!
-Mel
Re: Intro and Furniture HELP!
Have you looked at Costco online? I was looking for something - same parameters as you (better then Ikea, not so much as PB) and felt I got a great deal with really good quality from them. Just a thought.
And Hi!
Yes, very much so.
Well, with costco, you can always take it back. The stuff they have in the stores (from time to time) looks very nice and I always find their quality high. Our problem was that online they mostly only sold sets and we only needed a bed and two side tables (and didn't have room for a dresser)
We got ours set from woodpeckers. We went to one in San Jose but they've got a good online site. I love the furniture. It's just what we wanted. But the service is awful.
