AW: Employed!
I've been out and about all day, but I wanted to pop in and announce that I finally have a job!!! I just found out today that I will be a floating music prep teacher for one of the local school districts. It's part-time and it works with my grad school class schedule, the job description is right up my alley, I can clear my teaching credential (silly CA and their million-step credentialing process), and it's a long-term position that's not in danger of being eliminated after just a year or two. I'll also get to work with three other music teachers, and between the four of us we will cover all four elementary schools in the district and the middle school.
