Blue toilet cleaner on wall
Hello!
I need some help. I recently moved into a new house and the previous owner used the nasty blue toilet cleaner that keeps the water blue. We had to do some work on the toilet and accidentally got some of the blue on the wall by the toilet. I have tried everything I can think of to get the blue stuff off the wall and nothing is doing it. I have evened tried to prime and re-paint the wall, but the blue keeps coming through! Any tips or advice?
Thanks!

Holy crap it's coming through primer and paint??
Cut out the drywall (it's actually green board if they did it right) and replace it.
