As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Can you all suggest interview questions for a few PT nannies we will be interviewing? My daughter is 14 weeks.

I've been a nanny for years and I have learned that the questions the parents ask determine how good the relationship will be. A few suggestions are,
1: What kind of relationship do you envision having with us as parents, and with our daughter?
2: What kind of activities or interactions do you believe would help to foster our daughter's intellectual development?
3: Why do you enjoy caring for children?
4: What are some of your hobbies and activities in your free time?
5: Have you ever been in an emergency situation, and how did you handle it?
6: If you have a problem with our family rules, or a situation with us as parents, how will you communicate with us?
