Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Week 3! How did you ladies do this week? I got over my plateau and hit 4 hours this week!

Not so great...went went to a lake vacation with my family but I did go to piloxing
1 hour piloxing
30 min walk
45 mins swimming in lake
5 min water skiiing (it hurts my back and my hands these days and the water was choppy!)
Too bad sitting in the boat and floating in the lake don't count, lol!
