sirloin steak?

I have a bunch (it was on sale at HyVee!).  I don't have a lot of recipes though-grilled or kabobs are the only thing that come to mind.  I'd love to do something more interesting for supper tonight.  Thanks!

Re: sirloin steak?

  • I LOVE this recipe, but not sure if kiddos would enjoy.  However, if you are having a 'date night in', this is a great one to make- classy and easy!

  • MMMm beef. You're speaking my language.  :)

I have a great ginger soy marinade that we use for kabobs and wraps.

You could crust it with bleu cheese if you like it

Wrap bacon around it and grill

    Fajitas

make an herb butter to put over the top

    Beef n broccoli

    Stir fry

    philly cheesesteak sammies

Those sound good.  and LOL at the first line.  We hardly ever buy beef, as we get it from the IL's, so it was odd to purchase!  But we're down to hamburger and t-bones and some other roast things.  Good thing we'll be seeing them soon to get more, aka, "shopping" in the freezer!  But we never grew up doing anything to the beef-it was either hamburger, steaks, or beef cubed steak.  So I'm at a loss of what to do with it.  Your suggestions sound yummy, and I think we'll do beef n broccoli or stir fry with it.
