Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm not sure if you read my help me thread below but I was hoping you could offer some advice. Who do I need to email about my new account not working? I'm jot able to log in at all under my original email address/ password, it says not found. When I log in under my newly created email it logs in with my new screen name but when inpost, it's under jodippls. I've deleted cookies, browser history, tried different browsers, tried on the net book and my phone. I have no idea what to do from here. I also tried LB's suggestion from when she had the same issue and it didn't help.

So, any ideas?
