We used a shipping company to ship our stuff from Amsterdam to Virginia. All through the process, they have been INCREDIBLY responsive on pricing, packing, pick up, payment, etc.
I sent them the money three weeks ago and they were supposed to email me when they received it to tell me that my stuff would leave their facility (it went from Amsterdam to the UK then I would pay them and they would tell me when it shipped then when it arrived in US customs). Throughout the whole process, if I emailed them, they would email me back within a few hours.
I've now emailed them TWICE to find out if they shipped my stuff and they haven't responded at all. I called and got the run around that the guy dealing with my shipment would call me back (but I haven't heard from him at all).
Do you think they are currently dancing around their office in my custom ordered size 41 Dutch wooden clogs????
Re: where is my stuff?
naw, I just gave them to some dude on the street and asked him to take 'em on over to the post office for me.
