Haircut help - clicky poll

I'm getting my hair cut on Wednesday and can't decide what to do. I'd been growing my hair out since Marcelo likes it longer and also b/c I want to donate to Locks of Love. Marcelo's opinion isn't factoring into my hair cut decision and I feel like I might have quite a ways to go before I can donate (although I don't mind it being cut to about chin length in order to donate - I just feel like I still have quite a ways to go even with a short haircut after the donation).

So, I've been thinking about having it short again. It generally looks good most days when it's shorter. But, I also kind of like it longer, like now, when I have time to flat iron it. I haven't had it too much longer than what it is now since I was young. There's some curiosity about what it would look like and what type of style/cut I could do if it was longer.

Short (my fav haircut - from about 5 years ago - but the stylist left before I could even go back for a second cut/trim)

Short (by my current salon - last summer)

Medium-ish (my hair has some natural wave and likes to do its own thing and flip out)

I think something short like the first picture would look really good. Growing your hair out for locks of love is awesome, but if you really want a change right now then I vote you do that.

You will look great no matter what style you pick.

If you want to "do good" without having to donate to Locks of Love you could pick a salon that's collecting hair for the oil spill. They sweep whatever off the floor so there's no minimum.

I like it short. Either something like picture 1 or 2. I would love my hair that length, but it is too thick, so I will live vicariously through you

I love it short like in the first picture! But honestly you look really good with it in all the pictures, you seem like the person who can pull off any hairstyle. I say go with a big change.
