Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Confession: I didn't work out last night AND my eating was awful-by awful I mean I had one shake and a cheese stick yesterday at noon, then didn't eat again until 10pm and at that point I had a bowl of ravioli and FOUR Grands flaky biscuits (2 right before bed)...not so smart of me! HOWEVER, today is a new day and now that I'm back from traveling and we went grocery shopping, I have much better options to choose from and WILL do better!!
