This is probably a dumb question, but I can't figure it out... if it's even possible.
So I use blogger/blogspot. Is there a way to do links to things within the same post? Like say it was a novel, is there a way to do an list of links to different chapters, but have all the chapters in the same post as opposed to a new blog post for every individual chapter?

Re: blogging people!
I think so, but I'm a little confused at what you mean.
You're writing a blog post that is a novel?
lol, no. It was just an example.
It's turning into a huge post about CDs. And I'd like to link to specific parts of it from the beginning, so people can get to the section they want without having to scroll through the whole darn thing looking for it.

If it is that long, you might want to break it up into different posts and the link back to them.
One thing about blogging, if things get too lengthy I tend to zone out and stop reading half way through. Just a thought though
I with Aleesh, I would break it up into a series. Then you can link back to the series in each post.
Step 1-What CDs are best for you
Step 2- Where to buy, good deals, diaper stashes
Step 3-Care for your CDs, laundering, diaper sprayers, etc
Step 4-Lessons learned from real moms
And so on, etc

I don't believe blogger will let you do that. So I would break it up into different posts as the other ladies suggested.
