What is your favorite part about summer? BBQ! Corn on the cob and burgers on the grill. Yum!
What vacations have you been on this summer? Any others planned for the next couple of weeks? We haven't been anywhere yet, but we are going to the beach next week!
Do you do anything to celebrate Labor Day? We have a huge labor day party (extravaganza actually) with all of our friends. This is our seventh year hosting!
What are you looking forward to in the fall? Cooler weather, the leaves changing and boots!

What is your favorite part about summer? When it ends? I'm not a fan of summer. The only things that it has going for it that the other seasons don't are being able to swim outdoors and the state fair.
What vacations have you been on this summer? Any others planned for the next couple of weeks? None. We typically vacation in the fall.
Do you do anything to celebrate Labor Day? Nope. We might see family for a cookout, but I never really think of it as celebrating the holiday.
What are you looking forward to in the fall? Everything! The weather, the foods, the smells, the views, and Halloween!

What vacations have you been on this summer? Any others planned for the next couple of weeks?I just spent last weekend at home so I could go to the State Fair for the first time in probably 4/5 years. The next couple weeks are going to be spent fixing up a few things around the house, inventorying everything in the house, and organizing things for the packers/movers.
Do you do anything to celebrate Labor Day?Nothing big really. Usually just do stuff around the house and occasionally have some friends over. I might try to convince Steve to have a "We need to get rid of all our alcohol" party this year.

What is your favorite part about summer? Laying out at the pool with a good book, and hiking in the mountains.
What vacations have you been on this summer? Any others planned for the next couple of weeks? Our real vacation was to Seattle for DH's 30th birthday, it was awesome!!! We also did a couple of trips to Kansas for family stuff, but that certainly wasn't "vacation" in my mind! Next "vacation" is to Telluride the weekend after our anniversary. It's about a 4 hour drive, I'm so excited, I've never been to that part of Colorado!
Do you do anything to celebrate Labor Day? Usually we have family in town, but this year I think we're just taking a 4-day weekend and will probably BBQ with friends, work on house projects, and try to get in one last weekend at the pool bc it starts getting cold here mid-September-ish most years.
What are you looking forward to in the fall? Everything! It's my favorite season, especially in Colorado with all the trees and gorgeous weather. Football, tailgating, watch parties, cold nights and mild days, sweaters, boots....I love Fall!
What is your favorite part about summer? The warm weather and not having to go into the office everyday.

Hopefully we will be going somewhere early September. Though I doubt it at this point.
Do you do anything to celebrate Labor Day? Well the last few years it has been our Anniversary weekend so we do whatever we want! This year if we aren't out of town I want to go on a dinner cruise for the fireworks - part of our christmas present from my parents.
What are you looking forward to in the fall? ummmm...... let me get back to you on this one 'cause I've got nothing right now. I just like summer. Early fall isn't bad I guess.

What vacations have you been on this summer? Any others planned for the next couple of weeks? We went to Myrtle Beach to see my Aunts and Uncle and I took off time when my parents and brother were in town. Nothing planned really for the rest of the summer. Our fall will be pretty busy as far as traveling is considered.
Do you do anything to celebrate Labor Day? Usually we go to a friends for BBQ.
What are you looking forward to in the fall? A cool down in the weather, the leaves changing, and hot apple cider!
What is your favorite part about summer? Going to the beach and going on vacation.
What vacations have you been on this summer? Just to San Diego (1 1/2 hours away) which is nothing compared to our usual Hawaii vacations.
Any others planned for the next couple of weeks? Vacation-wise, no but we do a lot of little things like go to the fair, zoo, beach, lake, mountains, museums, etc.
Do you do anything to celebrate Labor Day? Labor Day weekend is usually the weekend of our anniversary or the weekend right before so we try to make it an anniversary celebration weekend. This year Andrew proposed we go to the place we met, a go-kart place. It will be FUN! I think we had other things planned but I can't remember what. Maybe another fair. There's county fairs all throughout the summer here...LA, Orange County, San Diego and we're not far from any of those places. Maybe a 1 1/2 hour drive to each place give or take so we'll probably end up at the LA fair that weekend.
What are you looking forward to in the fall? Well, if we were still planning on going to NC it would be that. I miss my family out there (even if it is my ex's family). I wanted to take Andrew to see the leaves change. My family lives in Asheville so their right by the Blue Ridge Parkway so it would have been perfect. Maybe next year. Aside from that the cooler temps is what I am looking forward to.

What is your favorite part about summer? Being outside, pool/beach/lake days, longer days, coming home after work and having a glass of wine on our porch, grill out, farmers markets and fresh veggies!
What vacations have you been on this summer? Any others planned for the next couple of weeks? I went to the beach for a couple days at the beg of summer, joined M in Tampa for a work trip, but not a "real" vacation. Hopefully, the last week of Oct. we will go somewhere!
Do you do anything to celebrate Labor Day? Not really. I will be at a football game that Saturday and then the lake on Sunday for an end of summer gtg.
