Re: Tuesday Confessions
I confess my first shower is this weekend and I'm way too obsessed with registry stalking. It's like getting married all over again!
maybe you can answer a question for me...did you register for a bunch of clothes?? i've seen both registries for my "friend", and there are a ton of outfits on there! i thought it was really weird, that most people register for things they need, like furniture or accessories, not clothes....but i wanted to ask another mom to know for sure.

I confess that I kind of hope our tv can't be fixed so it'll get replaced. With the specs it has, it'd have to be something nicer now.
But on the other hand, having no tv has it's advantages....
"No" tv = no tv in the living room. There are others, but aren't convenient.
I think I registered for a couple onesies and that was it. The lady at Babiesrus said not to register for clothes b/c they turn over so quickly. Honestly, I have no clue what is on my registry. I just pointed the gun at what my friend told me to!!
I confess I thought you meant maternity clothes for her. And I thought to myself, "hmm...that's a good idea...."
I just attended 2 showers in July and the gifts were more of a stuff variety rather than clothes. 1 mom did get an entire HUGE bag of all different sized items from her aunt in Italy, so that was kind of cool that she sent a ton of sizes, but overall most gifts were not clothes. The clothing items were either multi-pack onesies or specialty items. Someone gave a "super baby" onesie with a cape too! It was so cute.
That reminds me! Here are the 2 etsy items I bought (1 girl mom, 1 boy mom)
Call me Kat =^..^=
I confess our glider and ottoman are in and I want to go get them TONIGHT but I think my 4Runner is too small.
I have no idea when we will get them now. My whole family is here this weekend. Next weekend we have our hospital tour sat morning and a shower sat afternoon. We start our childbirthing classes on that sunday. The weekend after that I have to be in Buford all day saturday and we finish our child birthing classes that sunday.
Why does the dang box have to be so big?!?! grrrrrrrrr!

Go rent one of the 20 dollar trucks from Home depot! That's how I've moved large items in the past. You get it for an hour and hopefully you can get what you need done and return the truck. It's a huge Ford F250
I confess that when i realized how much stuff I won't be able to eat as a result of eliminating dairy and soy....i cried. more than once.
almond milk dark chocolate flavor is rocking my world, however.
