How are the spawn to be and the big bellied mamas?
Re: Let's do some check ins. Pregnant ladies first!
Ok I'll start! Currently at 31w1d. Just found out that I am being put on insulin for the GD as the pills weren't doing exactly what was needed to control my sugars. We are making slooooooow progress on the nursery, which sucks as my shower is this Sunday.
As of the last u/s I had on 7/25 (the ONLY good thing about GD are the monthly ultrasounds), he is measuring in at approximately 3lbs 9oz, which is the 75th percentile. I hope he doesn't get too big because I'm holding onto all hope for a vaginal delivery. But he's great as best as they can tell.
I would absolutely adore if baby would stop resting on my lungs so I could breathe while I sleep. I could also do without the getting up to pee every 3.2 seconds. But other than that, I'm feeling pretty good. Just day dreaming of when I get to have ice cream again.
I am 22 weeks this week.
BabyD has been kicking up a storm these past two weeks. And I have been getting no sleep and I want to knock myself out cartoon-style with a giant mallet.

I will be 30 weeks exactly this Friday. Kind of freaks me out that if history repeats itself, I could have another kid in 3 weeks.
I am still getting my weekly progesterone shots which are supposed to prevent me from going into preterm labor, so lets pray that they work!
I still have my monthly ultrasounds and baby was measuring in at 2.5 pounds last month. I just started my bi-weekly appointments so thats kind of scary too.
Oh, and we are still Team Green and I am pretty excited about that.
me too!

If it was physically possible to pass my belly onto someone else to carry this kid until it was erady, I would in a heartbeat. But thats probably because this is my 3rd time being pregnant in 4 years.
Yes, she found out around 20 weeks.
You are correct I believe. I thought there were more than 4!
You girls are cray cray.
to be fair, since he came early i feel like i never really had to deal with the awful part at the end.
go ahead tam- pass the belly over. i'll take a few weeks for you.
i loved being pregnant. looooved it. which is probably why Max had to be evicted 12 days past his due date.
I always thought my mother was crazy for saying she loved being pregnant. Now I understand.
I missed the awful part at the end too, but still hated it. I am totally okay with not knowing what a contraction feels like.
I only post once in a while, but I'm 24 weeks and having a girl. I feel like I'm slowly starting to revert back to the first trimester with my sudden lack of energy and constant food aversions.
Is the heat absolutely killing anyone else? I was never one to deal with heat all that well, but the recent temperatures and my growing bump are not mixing well at all.
I don't post as much but I am 35 weeks and due one month from tomorrow. And I am sort of miserable at this point. Between the heat, the swelling, the back pain and constant peeing - I am not one of those ladies that LOVE being PG.
I get asked on a weekly basis (for the past month or so) by strangers if I have "one or two babies" in there. Its very discouraging and somewhat upsetting depending on the day. Doctor says I am measuring right on time so I shouldnt worry too much.
Other than that - the nursery is a construction zone and should hopefully be done this week. Nothing better than last minute!
I know I sound like debbie downer but I just cant wait for LO to get here
Didn't check in here earlier as I was chasing bug around and not so much on thenest. Damn children get in the way.
I'm 31 weeks. Scheduled an eviction for Sept 29 which freaks me the F out. Feeling fine minus the heat and starting to get back into not sleeping and feeling sluggish, but really that's expected.
I am 17w and a few days and traveling for work. Definitely more tired than my normal "travel tired". I am still at that... is she pregnant or just gaining weight phase... and would love to get past it. But overall, so far so good.
I'm here! Was busy yesterday and missed this.
I'm 27 weeks today. We took a hospital tour last week (not like we really needed it after being admitted 2 weeks ago...) and MrJRM thought it was great while I trembled in fear the entire time.
Went to a free class on BFing last night at BRU and the fear came back.
We ordered furniture but the nursery needs mad help.
I am so not ready to have a kid.
