I'm down 2 lbs this week! And who knew that supportive bras with some shape make it look like even more?

  • I was down .8 lbs, but I'm not sure after the super long road trip this weekend. I think I made fairly healthy choices & didn't do too much damage, but I'm not stepping back on the scale until I have some better eating and excercise back under my belt. I weigh myself on Saturdays anyway.

  • I officially need a "swift kick in the a$$" honestly. I was doing great going to the gym and eating well, but laid off the gym the week before the IL's got here because of a neck/shoulder issue, then couldn't while the IL's were here, then neck/shoulder started acting up again, and I'm only just now back to normal. Unfortunately that means 5 pounds gained back between loosening up on diet when the IL's were here, and loss of gym time. 

    I forgot how hard it was to lose weight after weaning!

  • I did well this week. I'm getting into a more regular workout routine, though it did get off-kilter this weekend since I got busy. But I feel like being on my feet and shooting for 7 hours has to count, right?? haha. I'm pretty proud of my eating, too. We ate out several times, but I made the best choices possible given my picky eating and what was available where we went..... except for last night, when I had 3 pieces of papa johns. Hey, no one's perfect. :)

    Even with the pizza, I saw a number on the scale this morning I hadn't seen in a while, which was flippin sweet. That puts me down 0.4lb from starting, 2.4 if you count my initial increase. lol.

  • I thought I would gain over my vacation and I didn't which was exciting. Now I'm down a pound and a half after a month plateau! Yay!

  • I was down about a pound but I've been so busy that I haven't really been tracking my food very well so next week may not be so good.

  • I felt bloated this morning, so I didn't step on the scale. I have a feeling it would be up 1/2 a pound or so.

  • I lost 13 lbs.! Oh, and had a baby... lol

    I am about 5 lbs. from pre-preg, which was 10 lbs. heavier than my all-time low... so I've got a good 25 lbs. to go... I'm going to start walking on the treadmill again tomorrow (one week pp) and then hope to start running again in 5!

  • I'm down a pound from last week. Yay! only 3 more to go to pp weight. Looks like I'm taking that whole 9 months on, 9 months off thing literally.
