weight loss check-in?

I feel so gross - I need to do something to kickstart a change in my weight, appearance, how I feel, etc. 

Since our sparkpeople team died quite a death a while ago, would people who are trying to lose weight and become more healthy be interested in a weekly (or whatever frequency you want) check in?  I think it would help me a lot to have some accountability.

ETA:  And what day would work best for the post?

  • Sure! I do WW and need to get it in gear. I wouldn't mind some sort of check in and support.

    I weigh in every Saturday. I think weekly is good. Maybe Monday? I would just use Saturdays weight loss number.

  • Count me in! After this weekend of playing in the alumni soccer tournament and getting a great sweat going, I totally miss it and want to start working out again! Plus I just stepped on the scale and didn't like what it said. Damn scale.

  • I'm on day 2 of back on the WW wagon.  I've gained 5 lbs since ignoring/caring about WW.  It's not a good trend and my jeans are begging for me to stop stretching them out.  Lol!
  • I'm on WW and am just wanting these last 5 pounds to drop off, however, they're much more stubborn than I would like.  I'd be interested in it -- my weigh day is Friday -- so, whatever works for everyone works for me!

  • I'm in.  I just (re) started WW yesterday and would love some accountability - especially since I'm doing it online.

    I'm disgusted with myself.

  • Um, yeah. After my 6 wk check yesterday, I still have 16 preg-lbs, but then 40 on top of that to get back to where I was before I had to stop running.

     I'm going back to WW next week since they give extra points for nursing! Any day works for recording for me! I'll just use the closest weigh-in (I think I'm going Tuesdays, but not sure yet).

    I get weighed tomorrow. 

    This loose skin and flabby thighs = gross.  

    I need some motivation.

  • I'd be interested. This would require me to buy something I haven't owned in a decade...a scale! :P For serious though, I just need to get the elliptical set back up and I'm game.
  • Im in. After looking at vacation pictures, especially standing next to my marathon running sister, triathlete brother and SIL and body building brother, I am feeling especially dumpy.
