Salo, out of Minneapolis, recruits quite a few national positions. Their sister company NumberWorks is more for contract work, but worth taking a look at as well. www.salollc.com
Disclosure: I'm not in finance and know the Co-Founder of the company personally, but I've heard they're really the best at what they do in many ways.
They are huge in the Boston area as well.
