One more Civic Center question...

Would you rather sit closer to the stage and off to the side, or a bit further back and in the middle of the row? I am trying to decide between row J about 3/4 of the way to one side, or row U right in the middle. I generally like the perspective the middle of the stage provides, but it has been SO long since I have been to the Civic Center!!

Re: One more Civic Center question...

  • The middle for sure.

  • Farther back and in the middle. No question.

Ditto. The way the stages have been set up for every show I've ever been to, you'd miss up to 1/4 if you were sitting off to the side.

  • I'd take the closer seat. We've sat all the way on the end seats in row G and H before and the views were still great.  You can still see the whole play and you are that much closer!
