anybody live in Silver Firs? (commute question)
Hi! My H and I are thinking about moving to the Silver Firs area and I'm wondering about traffic in the mornings, as you head towards I-5. I would actually only need to go as far as the park and ride because I take the bus to work. Does anybody live out that way? How do you like it?

i don't live in silver firs, but i live near mill creek (other side of 164th). i deal with NO traffic, but that's because i leave for work at 4:40am and i go north to everett locally on 99. if you're talking about a south-commute, at a "normal" time, 164th can get backed up..but it's not too bad....after work (4-7pm), avoid 164th at all costs. if you're closer to 128th, that one is better.. seattlehill and mill creek rd can get a little backed up too, so if you can take 35th, to 132nd, to 128th, that's better....
there's a lot of options in that area.
