SYTYCD: Finale Part 1 on Wednesday
Any ideas on who will win? Melanie is the front runner, but I am also a huge fan of Marko. I would love it if he won.

I don't think he'll win, but I LOVE me some Tadd (I think I'm caught up on all the episodes...hope he didn't get voted off last week if I'm not caught up, LOL ~ DON'T say anything!!). He reminds me of Twitch in that he's so versatile, and no one expected this B-boy to be so damn good at everything!
I think Melanie will win. She is super cute and has the personality that America wants to see, and to boot, she's insanely talented.

Oh yeah girl, you're NOT alone on that one! I find him so sexy...and then I find myself hoping he's of age, LOL! He's got to be older than 18, RIGHT?!? He is so smokin'. Filipino men are generally hot, and I dig his mohawk.

I think it will either be Melanie or Sasha. They are the ones that have been getting the most buzz. I am kind of leaning towards Sasha, but not sure. Honestly, none of the guys have really "wowed" me this season.
Loved seeing Kent again! :-) I feel like a cougar thinking he's cute. :-/

i think it'll be melanie, but sasha has really wow'd me the past few weeks. i wasn't a big fan of hers in the beginning. and i think tadd is amazing for his genre and limited training.
Melanie was stand out from the beginning. I remember saying man this girl has incredible legs before I knew her name and could put her face with it (Sasha.) She has really begun to showcase herself as an amazing dancer.
Like others I'm ehhh on the boys.
I want Melanie to win. For some reason I don't want Sasha to win, even though I think she's a great dancer. She kinda rubbed me the wrong way in Vegas.
I like both of the boys that are left. I think Tadd has a lot of talent to be a b-boy, but I don't see either of them winning.

I don't think people take that into consideration enough.
Pretty much this. I know Sasha is talented and versatile but she's missing something for me. Though that dance with Kent brought tears to my eyes. I adore Tadd but don't think he will win. I actually picked Melanie to win from the start.
Sadly this season just hasn't done it for me like previous seasons. Not that it means I'm going to stop watching anytime soon.

Good for him! I wish there was a way to see what some of them were doing. Like Joshua - he won a few years ago - what is he up to? He's never been back as an all star, though he's supposed to be back this week.
This is it for me! I really don't know what it is, I do think Melanie and Sasha are both talented, but they're not my favorites. This whole season has been a real lackluster season. The scrunched up nose thing that Melanie does drives me crazy, like I know I'm good, I'm just patronizing you. And Sasha has an attitude, she doesn't seem like a good dance partner, she's out for herself.
I will say that I've been impressed with the guest judges this season, excluding Carmen Electra, they brought insight and an honest opinion. I was not impressed with Nigel trying to sway the viewers. For weeks he loved Ricky (I'm kind of on the band wagon, he's adorable), and then all of the sudden he jumped ship. Everything loved the previous week was no longer loveable.
Also can someone please tell me when the rules changed? I thought America decided who stayed and who went at the top ten? An eh season if you ask me!
chelsea was one of the "pros" on dancing with the stars, and i think the husband-wife ballroom people were as well (the hubby for sure).
i'm always keeping my eye out for them...lol.

What did you think about the Finale?
Disco was boring for me. They didn't look like they were having fun.
Man I love Mark. Sasha was good too. She needs to let go of that chip on her shoulder. It may drive her, but at some point she must realize she's better than that.
Thadd and Joshua were good. Joshua has matured a lot and looks great.
Melanie out-danced her all-star. She was the first for me to do so.
I just got an overall blah for most of it.
I was hoping for a disco-free season. I was less than impressed with most of the dances. They were just ok. Nothing stellar.
I liked Tadd & Joshua's dance. But the stomp just didn't do it for me. Think Melanie is great...she's the one I want to win.
Sasha just bothers me, as I said before. I did remember how awesome Lauren is (again) and man...I missed her!
V mentioned on FB something that I agree with - they threw too much at them. You could tell in one dance Tadd couldn't keep up. Plus, I'm sure they had to learn something for tonight as a group and that might be just too much for one week. I wouldn't mind seeing Marco win because he has a good story. I'm a sucker for a story.
Thank you! I think Melanie is very talented but I think she is so SMUG. I think the cuteness she sometimes portays is part of that "acting talent" they are always praising her for.
I would love to see Tadd win but I always pull for the b-boys because they are such underdogs. Look at how well Tadd has done right next to Melanie, who went to art school and has been a trained dancer pretty much all her life!
I thought the finale was the worst. In fact, it may have been the worst episode of SYTYCD I have ever seen. I have never seen so many lackluster and just plain bad dances. The disco was the WORST- Melanie's facial expressions were killing me and she didn't nail any of the big moves. Sasha's cha cha was beyond bad. Even the stomp/hip hop routine the guys did was so bad. Did you see the choreographer's face afterward? Bd bad bad!
Ditto all of this. I could not understand why they would choose disco for the finale. Disco is always a flop. I was very underwhelmed.
You know how on the cooking shows they always say never serve anything you're not proud of or you wouldn't eat? That's how I felt about the stomp routine. Why didn't they just scrap that. It was awful.
And I could have done without Katie Holmes- blech.

There have been some disco routines I've really liked. Lots of crazy lifts and really fast moves. Those dances have also looked like the dancers were having fun. Melanie looked constipated and I felt like she probably thought it was beneath her. So, it is not just disco, I think it was those dancers in that disco routine that suckedass the most.
Joshua & Katie's disco comes to mind as really good. They were having so much fun. They also rocked the Bollywood that year which is another hard one. You have to be into it and they just weren't last night. More like they wanted the evening to be over.
Yes! I was having a hard time remembering who it was... but that was a great routine. They were an awesome couple. While I like the all stars, I miss watching the season's dancers bond as couples. I think that really added something to the show.
I guess I'm the only one who never likes disco :-).
