SS Success
I mostly lurk on here, but I am so excited. I was nervous putting an offer on a SS knowing it can be tough, but I feel extremely lucky. We offered full listing price and asked for 3% towards closing costs. Offered on 6/16, and we just found out last week on 8/4 it was accepted. We did the inspection this morning, and are set to close 9/6! It's all happened way faster than I thought it would

Congrats. We had our SS accepted a lot quicker than I thought as well. However, we don't have paper approval yet but i'm assuming if they countered & we accepted that we 'should' be good to go.
