From the results of the poll, it looks like Starbucks followed by a movie and lunch at the AMC Mills was the winner:

10am - Meet at Starbucks at 3525 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Grapevine, TX 76051 for discussion of The Book Thief - bring your suggestions for next month's book. I will get there a little early to try to get some good seating for discussion.

12p - The Help movie at AMC Grapevine Mills - we will be doing the Fork and Screen showing and eating lunch during the movie.The running time of the movie is 2 hr 17 min, so we should be finished with everything by 2:30.

We will need to purchase tickets soon to ensure seating together. I checked just now and all seats are available with the exception of one on Row D. Maybe we can agree on a row and all go buy our tickets on that row?
