Planned Eating and Exercise for Wednesday

"Plan" and what I feel like eating have been two different things

B: Coffee so far. Vi Shake with soy milk

L: Vi Shake with Soy milk and fruit

D: Chicken, rice,veggie (boring, but doesn't require me going to the store)

E: Zumba

Stroller Pushing,Doctor Respecting, Full Time Daycare Paying, Alone Time Appreciating,Boundary Setting Momma
Jenny McCarthy = Former Playmate and MTV host
Pediatrician = Doctor with extensive experience and education on children.
Bumpies = Don't get me started!
I know who I get my health advice from!

  • I agree with you Maria... what I plan to/should eat has been at war with what I want to eat all week.

    B: rice cereal and strawberry applesauce

    L: turkey sandwich and leftover pasta salad

    D: turkey sausage and steamed veggies

    E: 30DS - last day of level one!

  • B - Oatmeal w/ raisins, banana

    L - Chicken Soup, Sourdough

    D - Captain Crunch Chicken, Bloomin' Onion, Grilled Corn, Milk (this is my restaurant makeover meal and I'm SUPER excited about it!)

    S - Luna bar, Dove ice cream mini

    E - 30DS

  • B: Vi shake with OJ

    L: Vi shake with almond milk and strawberry flavor mix in

    D: spaghetti with 85% lean ground beef and sauce

    S: sesame seed sticks (those pepperidge farm kind) and Joseph's tomato and basil hommus

    E: I have to do laundry after work (not at my house) and try to make it back to eat dinner before 9pm.  Doubt it'll happen, but it might.  I didn't get home until 11 last night, so it didn't happen last night either.  I suck in this dept lol.

  • I'm totally with you ladies on the discrepancy between what I plan to/should eat, and what I want to eat. I think I'm rebelling because I went on a great vacation, and had to come back and go to work while my H still has another month off. I feel like i"m being *punished* because not only do I have to go back to work, but I'm also trying to get myself to go back to eating healthy and working out, all at the same time. Maybe I need therapy, haha!

    B - string cheese and watermelon

    L - Ham sandwich and 1 oz of goldfish

    S - plum and a peach

    D - Fettucine with brie and tomatoes, and grilled zucchini on the side

    S - popcorn or WW ice cream bar

    E - likely nothing...I'm hoping to start back with regular exercise next week
