I got married at Couples San Souci. Really, really love that place. Everyone was really nice and it's just beautiful.
It's not on your list, but I liked: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g147343-d150434-Reviews-Rendezvous_Resort-Castries_St_Lucia.html

Allison - I thought you were a big Dominican fan?
I would not go to Jamaica, plus, didn't you just get back from there?
What about Aruba or Barbados?
My friend went to Punta Cana DR for their honeymoon and had nothing but wonderful things to say about it!
I would stay in the Christ Church area - the Almond resorts have quite a few different properties throughout Barbados - some are couples only, some are not. But, in my experience, the further south you get, the less likely you are to run into children even at the resorts that are not adults only. Some Europeans will bring their kids but they are SO well behaved.
I think the Divi has a few properties on Barbados as well. We really love the Divi properties but they are very no frills. The food though is fantastic.
