Preview for next week!!! The shower scene! Yes!!!

I actually don't mind the whole witch storyline. Its way better than MaryAnne in season 2.
Bill is growing on me.
Still love Eric/Sookie.
Jason and Jessica would be cute.
Tara should just go away.
Curious to see who the lady is that talks to Arlene's baby is.
Also, I was really hoping for some Alcide butt in this episode. If we
have to put up with how annoying Debbie is, at least show us some naked
Alcide!

Re: True Blood 8/7 Spoilers
I really liked that they moved along Sam/Tommy and the skinwalker storyline, and let Sam figure out what was going on. This is actually pretty interesting to me--and I like Tommy. I think he is really misunderstood. I felt BAD for him tonight. I don't want for him to be kicked out and all alone. He just can't catch a break--and it's totally because of his past.
One of the funniest parts was when the witches started their spell, and the vampires started walking into the sun--and Hoyt's mom was outside watering her plants and her neighbor came out! Hoyt's mom is great (in a horrible way) --She is such a horrible bigot--the actress does a great job, and that was a funny scene.
I wonder if Jessica survives? I hope so. The last thing that I thought was great was that little stupid screaming barmaid was helping Pam. When the chips are down she sure is loyal.
This was actually a good episode, in my opinion. I love the storyline with the wiccas/Antonia. I am very curious to see how the war between the vamps and witches plays out. I saw in the previews that the werewolves are planning to stay out of it. I wonder why they are choosing to not pick a side? I would think that once Antonio gets rid of the vamps she may come back from the werewolves too since she is pro human.
I like Tara and agree that she does not think things through before she gets involved. She seems to be easily led into dangerous situations by her fears and pain.
I am definetley curious to see what happens to Lafayette and his boyfriend now that Lafayette is possessed. I also want to see how that ties into the Marnee thing (will they join them in the fight againts the vamps?).
I liked Bill in this episode. He seems to be more connected to his human side than any of the other vamps.
What will happen to Sookie and Eric when he gets his memory back?
I must be in the minority, but I thought that this episode was a snoozefest. There are way too many plotlines going on and because of that I feel that all of the story lines are suffering. There is so little progress on any one of the stories that I am getting bored.
I don't like wimp Eric. I thought it was cute and playful at first, but now he is so needy and docile that it is a turn off. I really think that is why Bill is more attractive this season.
I think its funny that all the characters that I still like are all ones that are either non-existent or play super small roles in the books (Jessica, Lafayette, Jesus, Tommy).
I'm in this boat with you. Until the last 5 minutes, the whole episode was just a set up for next week (when something big and exciting happens hopefully) and very boring, IMO.
I hate Tara. Like hate with a vengeance. The reason vampires keep trying to kill her is because she is so effing stupid.
I'm looking forward to the inevitable kickass vampire/witch showdown that's brewing.
I agree. Team Bill all the way.
I'm so tired of Tara and her whining about how much she hates Bon Temps, yet she always stays. She hates vampires, but now she helping the witch the vampires want to kill. I really wish she would have left too, about 3 episodes ago.
I think Jason is going to somehow "save" Jessica in the next episode since he was at Bill's house. Although I'm kind of over her character anyway so I wouldn't be too disappointed if she did die.
I really like Bill a lot this season. He's so much more interesting when he isn't chasing Sookie around.
I'm very much looking forward to the shower scene next week!
I think it's just October in the series. I'm assuming with the witch storyline, there will be something significant with Halloween.
He's getting kicked out because he masqueraded as Sam, slept with Sam's girl and then treated her like dirt. That has nothing to do with being misunderstood or having a horrible past.
Okay, so he didn't understand how/why he turned into Sam, but he darn well knew that pretending to actually BE him and treating people in Sam's life like shiit was inappropriate.
I'm thrilled they're moving that storyline along - I can't stand Tommy.
Eric and Sookie have poor chemistry. It's killing the joy of their relationship for me. They look like brother and sister.
Stephen Moyer was on the cover of men's health saying how he needed to work out because his male costars are in such good shape....like how Ryan Kwanten always has his shirt off (Jason). And yes...I read the issue at the library during my son's storytime!!
I think he looks way hot this season and plus I love his new redecorated king house!
I felt that way about Eric when I was reading book 4. By the end of it, I was sick of him and on Team Alcide for life. I came back around to Eric, though, but it took awhile!
I think this episode was one of those in-between episodes where they have to give us a lot of information but there aren't a lot of things that happen. I usually enjoy shows much more when I can watch the entire season at once so that the boring episodes are not a let-down. Of course, I have no desire to wait for a season to be over before watching it!
I thought it was a great episode even though most of it was just lead up until next week.
What I hope happens:
Jason tackles Jessica knocking her back in the house.
Lafayette does not side with Marnie and Tara has to choose btn family and revenge
Tommy leaves town but is on good terms with Sam (I feel sorry for Tommy sometimes so I don't want him to die, but I don't want him to continue causing trouble for Sam)
More Eric and Sookie
Alcide joins the fight against the witches against the wishes of the pack leader and ends up leaving Debbie.
Don't know what will happen but so far I'm liking this season. I love the books but I've learned to separate the two and enjoy them equally
You thought that was hot? It was a snooze fest. I kept thinking, when is this part going to be over?
